Everything you record — video, audio, and location — stays on your device. We never upload it.
No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking, no account required.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.

録画・録音・位置情報など記録したものはすべて端末内に保存されます。アップロードは一切行いません。
解析ツール・広告SDK・行動追跡は使用しておらず、アカウント登録も不要です。
アプリ内課金はAppleが処理します。支払い情報を開発者が取得することはありません。

What the app accesses

アクセスする情報

CAMERA

Records video while the app is actively recording. Footage is written directly to storage on your device.

録画中に映像を記録するために使用します。映像は端末内のストレージに直接保存されます。

MICROPHONE

Optional. Records audio alongside video only if you enable it in Settings (PathWitness Pro). Stored on-device only.

任意（PathWitness Pro機能）。設定で有効にした場合のみ、映像と共に音声を記録します。端末内にのみ保存されます。

LOCATION

Records speed and route for each clip. Saved as part of that clip's metadata on-device and shown only within the app.

各クリップの速度・ルートを記録するために使用します。クリップのメタデータとして端末内に保存され、アプリ内でのみ表示されます。

MOTION

The accelerometer is read on-device to detect impacts and trigger event-clip protection. The raw sensor stream is never stored.

衝撃を検知しイベントクリップとして保護するため、加速度センサーの値を端末内でのみ読み取ります。センサーの生データ自体が保存されることはありません。

Where your data lives

データの保存先

Recordings, GPS data, and clip metadata are stored inside the app's own sandboxed storage on your device. PathWitness does not operate any server that receives or stores this data — there is nowhere for it to go but your phone.

録画データ・GPSデータ・クリップのメタデータは、端末内のアプリ専用ストレージにのみ保存されます。PathWitnessはこれらのデータを受信・保存するサーバーを一切運用していません。データの行き先は、あなたのiPhoneの中だけです。

Deleting the app removes all of this data from your device.

アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。

Sharing

第三者への提供

We do not share your recordings, location history, or any other app data with ourselves or any third party. If you use the Share action on a clip, you choose the destination (Messages, Mail, Files, or any other app) through Apple's standard share sheet — that transfer is between you and the app you pick.

録画データや位置情報履歴などを、開発者を含め第三者と共有することはありません。クリップの共有機能を使う場合は、標準の共有シートを通じて送信先（メッセージ、メール、ファイル等）をユーザー自身が選択します。その送信はユーザーと選択したアプリの間で行われます。

In-app purchases

PathWitness Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We never receive or store your payment information.

Children's privacy

お子様のプライバシー

PathWitness is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted at this same address with a revised effective date above.
